Support & FAQs
Everything we design and make is meant to be used. If you're unsure about care, maintenance, or you're unsatisfied with your purchase, reach out. We're here to help with orders, returns, or any questions that come up.
We’re a small husband-and-wife studio. We spend more time making than managing email, so don’t worry if you don’t hear from us right away. We’ll see your message and respond within 2–3 days.
We understand things happen. And we want you to be just as excited using our pieces as we are getting them to you. If there’s a malfunction or issue with your product, send a detailed description and photos. We’ll take a look and help you get it sorted.

Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made in our Youngsville, NC studio using a mix of traditional craft and modern tools. Batch sizes are guided by our capacity and our commitment to not sacrificing quality. Our goal is to design and make pieces that honor both their purpose and the craft behind them.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time. But if you have suggestions or feedback on one of our products, we’d love to hear it. Serving well means listening, and we’re always learning from the people who use our work.
Where do your materials come from?
We choose materials based on performance first, then source as locally as possible. That includes hardwoods from trusted mills, food-safe glazes, and durable clay. We’re continually learning and improving as we deepen our relationships with suppliers.
-
How long does shipping take?
Our commitment is to ship within one week. We’re constantly improving our processes, and it’s often faster than that—but a one-week window gives us the flexibility to work efficiently and sustainably as a small studio.
What’s your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order or something isn’t right, reach out—we’re here to help and want you to feel good about what you receive.
What if something arrives damaged?Email us right away with photos of both the packaging and the product. We’ll take care of it.

How durable are your nets and wooden goods?
Our wooden pieces are built for years of use. Wood will naturally darken, scratch, and develop a patina over time—that’s part of its character. If something seems off or fails in an unusual way, send photos and we’ll take a look.
How do I maintain a wooden net?
Each net is sealed with multiple coats of a penetrating exterior oil finish to protect against water and weather. A light fresh coat of oil from time to time will keep it looking and performing its best.
Seasonal Care:Apply pure tung oil seasonally to preserve the wood’s natural finish:
Wipe the wood clean of dust or dirt.
Apply a light coat of tung oil with a soft cloth.
Let it soak for 10–15 minutes.
Wipe off all excess.
Let it cure overnight.
No need to remove the net bag.
